Web application for cellphone and tablets

We need a fullstack developer for web development project.
We have done BRD and design of our project.
We would prefer the developer who works on ReactJS or Angular and NodeJS.

Requirement
- English proficiency
- Proficient in Angular JS 11+ or ReactJS 17+ (2y+ experience)
- Proficient in NodeJS for back-end (2y+ experience)
- Good understanding of Redux
- Good understanding of Object oriented programming
- Good understanding of HTML CSS
- Having good command of coding style and comments
- Having good command of documentation
- Good practice of UT
- Code documentation
- KT of source code
- No bug
