We're looking for a developer or team to build a simple web-based marketplace platform where users can post administrative service needs and receive quotes from professionals.

Think of it as a mini-MercadoLibre or Workana, but focused on a specific service niche.

Key Features (MVP):
Users:
Sign up / Log in
Post a service request (with location & details)
Receive and compare quotes
Choose a provider
Leave a rating

Service Providers:
Create a professional profile
List services & coverage areas
Browse user requests
Send quotes
Get rated by clients

Tech Stack (preferred):
Frontend: React.js / Vue.js
Backend: Node.js (Express) or Flask/Django
DB: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
Auth: JWT / Auth0
UI: Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap

Clean, responsive UI
Deployable with basic documentation
