Web UI, Javascript to generate dynamic networking graph, and graph is manipulatable (click, highlight part of it)

I am seeking an implementation for a web UI, using Angular JS ( 1.5 version or lower), D3, the UI will have a networking graph generated dynamically by angular js + D3 per definition/configuration. The nodes of graph will be connected by definition/configuration, nodes is image icon and replaceable by the script. The user can click nodes and high light nodes, click action will trigger a script to do something. Sample is like the file.
