Web Application Development

I'm currently working on a project to improvise a current a web based application that deals with veterinary healthcare record management. I'm looking for a software developer who has a relevant experience with our current tech stack, who is willing to learn, adapt and start making meaningful contributions to the project.
We are currently using ASP.NET Core, Ionic framework, Angular JS, MS SQL, Identity Server, AWS, etc.
