Web App with Payment Gateway

I need a secure, responsive web application built with full e-commerce capability, but the immediate, non-negotiable focus is a rock-solid payment gateway integration. Customers must be able to pay with major cards (and ideally Apple Pay / Google Pay) in one smooth flow, with PCI-compliant handling, clear error messaging, and transaction logs I can audit later.

The rest of the store—catalogue, cart logic, order management—can follow in later phases, so the codebase should be structured to plug those pieces in without rewriting core components. I’m open on the stack; if you prefer React + Node, Django, Laravel, or another modern framework, tell me how you’ll keep the checkout fast, secure, and easy to maintain.

Deliverables:
• Deployed web app reachable at a test URL with live (or sandbox) payment processing.
• Admin view where I can add a product, set a price, and trigger a test purchase.
• Documented source code in a Git repo plus a brief deployment guide.

Acceptance criteria: A tester can add an item, complete a payment through the gateway, and see the transaction appear in both the admin panel and the payment provider’s dashboard.
