Web App front end using Angular and CSS

We have a wireframe and designs and require the UI developed with Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Breakpoints. Approximately 15 screens. Some quite complex in UX and content with graphs - using Chart.JS and D3
Angular required. Solid minimal CSS with good structure required.
