User Request Management System Development

I'm in need of a skilled developer to create an Angular-based User Request Management System.

Key Features:
- Request Tracking: The system should allow employees to track requests from start to finish.
- Role-based Access Control: Different levels of access for employees and administrators.
- Automated Notifications: The system should send notifications automatically at key stages of the request process.

Basic Ideation to have below functionality :
1) Home Page - Very basic with few visuals
2) Authentication - Login - Google based Auth -> Validated with Passcode send on Google
3) Admin, Manager and Agent Role
4) Agent Role - > Just an option to submit a form as a request with few details
5) Manager Role - > Just to approve/reject request
6) Admin Role - > To Invite User and Change Role/Active or deactivate account
