Upgrade Legacy AngularJS Project to Modern Angular Framework

I have an existing web application built using AngularJS (1.x) that I would like to upgrade to a modern Angular version (Angular 15+).

The application is functional and currently live, but I want to modernize the codebase for performance, maintainability, and future development.

Scope of Work:
Analyze the existing AngularJS codebase
Plan and execute migration to Angular (latest stable version)
Migrate components, services, routes, and modules
Ensure full feature parity with the current app
Optimize for performance and mobile responsiveness
Preserve or refactor existing REST API integrations
Setup a modern build system (Webpack or Angular CLI)
Testing and bug fixing post-migration
