UpConstruction is looking for a freelancer to assist with their post-construction needs. We are seeking someone who has experience in the construction industry and can help us with the following tasks:
- Conducting a final walk-through to ensure all work has been completed to satisfaction
- Creating a punch list of any necessary repairs or touch-ups
- Coordinating with contractors to address any outstanding issues
- Providing guidance on maintenance and upkeep for the newly constructed space
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A background in construction project management
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders
