Unable to generate valid Video link of s3 ( Express, Angular )

Hi, I'm looking for a developer to help me generate a valid video link for a project that uses Express and Angular. I need the link to be generated right so that I can open the video that is uploaded on S3, right now video is uploading but unable to open it.
