USA Stock Market WebApp Development

Currently i have designs for a a USA Stocks + OTC market platform

Need APIs;
These are suggestions, I have no clue if any of them are good so open to your ideas!
We will integrate a JS chart library or tradingview library. Whatever is easier.
For scanner we need Daily Candle Data or 1hr or 4Hourly so whatever we use we need the candle data for the sacnner.
Look at FinViz Screener for example.
News - need fastest news api
Small Caps Regular Stock API - Need to cover everything listed here all company financials, and key information and share structure - https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=MULN&p=d - polygon.io or financialmodelingprep.com maybe? idk what are your suggestions?
OTC markets API otcmarkets.com - need share structure , SEC fillings everything see example https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GTLL/security
SEC Fillings API - options i saw - https://www.sec.gov/search-filings/edgar-application-programming-interfaces OR https://sec-api.io/ OR https://flash-sec.com/
Maybe we need to scrape every SEC filing and PR that comes out from all companies or use an API to keep everything up to date?
THIS WILL BECOME FULL TIME!
I have quotes from 1.4k to 3k to build phase 1 all screens of the webapp in good faith that this is a long term project and more money to come as we get paid users to sign up.
Timeframe was told 1-2 weeks frontend 1-2 weeks back end.
