TypeScript Module Resolution Debugging

We currently have an application hosted on Heroku that requires a coding change. However; we cannot build the application locally. npm yarn build is throwing typescript errors and I suspect the version of typescript, node, npm are all not compatible. This application has not been built in over 6 months.


Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in TypeScript debugging
- Proficiency with npm
- Familiarity with module imports and resolution
