Transferring a web/mobile application to a new server

I need a frontend expert that can transfer a web application that is based on angularjs (and other technologies) to a new server.
In addition the expert must install all the necessary development resources (development environment , libraries, frameworks etc) that needed to continue developing that application and also to explain and show
how to operate the it.
The project should start asap and finish in one day
