Technical Panel to conduct Interviews

Hi. I am a technical recruiter and need services of Expert Technical members to conduct Interviews of various technologies. The technologies identified are JAVA, Dotnet - Core, Full Stack including Angular.Js, Node.Js. React.Js, Ruby On Rail, Android Developers, IOS Developers etc. The person should be technical enough to understand the contect in the resume and accordingly draft question. He / She should be able to provide qualitative and quantitative feedback with training needs if any.
