Student fullstack project

I'm looking for developer to create a full-stack student project. The project needs to use the Java SpringBoot and React or Angular frameworks, and no back-end is required. The data that will be used in the project is mainly text-based. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with either React or Angular frameworks and should be able to operate in the given project timeline.
