Spring oauth2 sso angular microservice security

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me implement OAuth2 SSO for authentication and secure my existing microservices as well as my new setup, with intermediate, or multiple user-role, access control.

The primary focus of this project is to create a secure environment around my Spring front and backend, integrated with Angular for the frontend, and to set up SSO authentication using oAuth2. This level of security will ensure that those who have access to the application can be managed in an effective way, with different user roles and permissions applied accordingly.

I'm looking for a specialist developer who is familiar with this type of work and has solid knowledge of both the Spring and Angular frameworks. The successful candidate should also be capable of setting up SSO authentication with OAuth2 and understanding how to configure advanced access control for users and permissions.
