Small Job Portal Development with Angular, Sequalize and Node JS

I'm looking for a freelancer to build a small job portal using Angular, Node JS, and MySQL. The main features I'd like to see in this portal include:
- Job search and filtering: Users should be able to search for job listings and apply filters to narrow down their search results.
- Alerts and Email Subscription: Users should be able to subscribe to job alerts based on their search criteria and receive email notifications for new job listings that match their preferences.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
