Shipment tracking UI Widget SOAP Client - CMS agnostic

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a shipment tracking CMS agnostic UI widget for my WordPress website.
Design:
- I have a specific design in mind for the UI widget that I would like the freelancer to follow.
Integration:
- I would like the widget to consume from an already developed SOAP SERVICE for shipment tracking.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing UI widgets for CMS platforms: Vue.js, Angular or similar.
- Proficiency in working with AS400 SOAP SERVICES for integrating shipment carriers.
