Setup a function to automatically PDF format report into a structured JSON file

I am looking to develop a function/ engine which can convert 2 PDF report formats into a structured JSON file, with mapping performed, so the fixed PDF report format can be converted each tile in a consistent structure JSON file.
The function is to be able to be embedded into an existing web-based system that is developed based on React js, mongoDB and Nodejs.
Once you have expressed interest, shortlisted candidates will be provided with the PDF report format to assess.
