Service Portal Developer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Minimum 2 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer or Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
• Good oral and written communication skills and strong analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of Service Portal Pages & Widgets
• Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scripts
• Understanding of Client and Server APIs (i.e., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, Glide Record etc).
• Should be able to write effective APIs (REST & SOAP)
• Script Includes – JavaScript Frameworks(e.g., Angular, React & Node.js)
• Experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, Angular JS , HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery ,XML & JSON
• Client Side and Server-Side Scripting (i.e., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc).
• Experience developing desktop web applications
ServiceNow Service Portal Certification a plus
• Strong exposure to Service Portal Development
• Good ITSM Process knowledge and Service Portal knowledge
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Agile Scrum methodology Experience - Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B
• Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Virtual Agent).
