Responsibilities:
Clear technical interviews for assigned US-based job opportunities.
Once hired, work on the secured positions in your preferred tech stack.
Maintain high-quality project delivery and professionalism in client engagements.
If a job is lost, immediately re-engage in interviews for replacement roles.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software development.
Fluent English communication skills (must confidently handle interviews).
Strong expertise in Java, .NET, React, Angular, AWS, or DevOps.
Ability to work EST hours (US time zone).
Self-motivated and responsible for delivering high-quality work.
