Senior MERN Developer Needed

I'm looking for a senior MERN developer with 5-10 years of experience to join my project. We are a growing team -work will start as part time, then move to full time once you have showed good work ethic.. There is room to grow in the company, pay will start at $12 an hour. JavaScript is the preferred language of development, and I am seeking part-time resources to complete the project. This senior developer should have extensive experience with various methods of React web development, Node.js development and MongoDB integration. Skills in JavaScript functionality and core library, project management, and efficient code structures are essential. Fast problem resolution and the ability to work independently without sacrificing accuracy and professionalism are also of paramount importance. This developer should also be able to communicate effectively, as deadlines frequently need to be adhered to and complex concepts must be conveyed.
