Senior Experienced Developer for NextJS / ReactJS Web Project
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We’re looking for a senior developer, not a junior pretending to be one. You’ll work on a live marketplace platform (React/Next.js) that ships fast and has constant UX/UI iterations based on Figma mockups.
You must:
Speak excellent verbal English — we do daily standups, ticket reviews, and screen shares.
Be online during U.S. working hours (PST or CST overlap is mandatory).
Deliver work fast and clearly communicate blockers or questions in real time.
Be comfortable working from tickets and Figma with minimal hand-holding.
Have 5+ years of professional frontend or full-stack experience.
Be strong in Next.js, React, Tailwind, API integration, and component systems.
Know how to use Git and manage branches cleanly.
Backend experience with Node.js / PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with modern deployment stacks (Vercel, AWS, or similar).
Responsibilities:
Implement new features directly from Figma designs.
Fix and deploy bugs quickly.
Communicate clearly during standups and async updates.
Take ownership of UI consistency, speed, and code quality.
Do not apply if:
You need to “go offline” during U.S. work hours.
You rely on text-only communication because your spoken English isn’t fluent.
You take multiple days to fix small tickets.
You’re still learning React/Next.js.
To apply:
Send:
A short voice recording (30s) introducing yourself and your resume and past work.
