SaaS with AI for Instagram Message Automation (React + Node.js + Meta API)

I need a Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js/Python) with proven experience building SaaS platforms and chatbot integrations with Meta/Instagram Graph API.

The goal is to create a software very similar to a CRM + Chatbot system, where users can:

Connect their Instagram account (via Meta API).

Automate DM conversations using GPT-4 (OpenAI) with predefined flows (qualification questions, CTA, follow-up).

Manage leads in a dashboard with statuses (new, talking, qualified, booked, lost).

See statistics and reports (conversion rate, answered messages, booked calls).

Allow human takeover (agent can jump into the conversation at any time).

Upload links, videos, and docs to be shared automatically by the assistant.

Technical requirements

Frontend: React.js (Next.js preferred) for dashboards and UI.

Backend: Node.js (Express) or Python (FastAPI/Flask).

Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Integration with Meta Graph API (Instagram Messaging) including webhooks.

Integration with OpenAI GPT-4 for natural responses.

Basic SaaS infrastructure: multi-user login, roles, subscription management.

Hosting: AWS / DigitalOcean / Render.

Good practices: secure code, API limits handling, clean documentation.
