• Real-time data visualization so case managers, HR and WHS officers can watch trends as they unfold.
• Predictive analytics to help organisations spot emerging risks before they escalate.
• Custom report generation that lets Admin, Editor and Viewer roles export exactly what they need, in their preferred format.
The system will include:
Secure user authentication and role-based access
Multi-organisation (multi-tenant) architecture
Structured assessment forms and data capture
Incident/workflow management functionality
Dashboards with trend analysis and reporting
Export capabilities and audit logging
Cloud hosting in Australia
