SEO on ReactJs typescript project

HI i would like your help in order to improve my website SEO performance

I have a "hand code" ReactJs typescript project with AWS Serverless stack, deployed through AWS Amplify Console and the source code is hosted in GitHub. here is my web link: www.mycleanerhelp.co.uk/ how much it will cost for:

* Optimizations for speed, accessibility, and SEO to a reasonable extent
* Every page have to have the own metadata, and data description and their unique canonical URL
* Add Social tags for Twitter and facebook.
* Fix Orphan page
* Add unique H1 heading to each pages
* Fix Page has no outgoing links
* Make sure each images has a concise and descriptive alt text.

***How can we measure success of this job ***

we can run any seo test we any seo webs tools like:
-Ahrefs
-Semrush
-Moz
-Semrush

and the report must show that the problems described above have already been solved.
