Run E book app in C# .NET 4.5 with angular

I have app C# .net 4.5 version its Ebook and I need to run it online or offline. We redesign a website to WordPress and the old website has this ebook reader app. I need to integrate this app into the new website. I have all files but need help with the environment to run it.
