Required Angular JS expert with MySQL as backend

We want to add a new Module to our existing Web App with the below Features:
a. Use existing Control Panel / Super Admin to create Admin and Sub Admin
b. Admin
i. Master data created by the admin in the below Modules are accessible to him and his respective sub-admins and vice versa.
1. Survey Master Module

1. Dashboard
2. Sub-admin Module
a. Can Create multiple Sub Admins.
3. Survey Master Module
a. Can create multiple Survey types.
b. Fields for the new Survey are:
i. Survey Type
a. Can create Multiple Fields under this (Survey Type Field) with the Datatype Alphanumeric, Numeric and Date.
b. Will have to constrain for Mobile No and Email id with each field
c. Can define control types like Textbox or Combo box
d. Can define whether the repetitive data is required or not in case of Combo box control type.
ii. Can create multiple captions for Compulsory Photographs
iii. Can create multiple captions for Compulsory documents
iv. Can define the duration of the video

4. Employee Master Module
a. Can create multiple Employee
b. Create Job will be assigned to Employee
c. Will receive a link to upload Doc, Photo, and video through SMS and Email
5. Client Master Module
a. Can create multiple clients
6. Job
a. This section will have 2 Sub Sections
i. Create a Job
a. Can create a job from this section
ii. Finished Job
7. Records Panel
a. Will have all the records in Tabular format from the defined table
b. The first column will be the Action column with the View and download button
c. This Module has all records including respective Admin and its Sub Admins

c. Sub Admin:
i. This Panel will have all Modules of the Admin Panel accept Sub Admin Module.
ii. Master data created by Sub Admin in the below Modules are accessible to him and his respective admin and vice versa.

iii. Sub-admin can view only their own records in all modules except the Modules mentioned above.
iv. Records Panel will have only respective Sub Admin records
v. Records Panel will have only respective Sub Admin records

d. Employee
i. Will receive a link via Mail / SMS.
ii. Will upload and Submit the Job

2. Reminder Module
a. Reminder Master
i. Can create multiple Reminder for each Survey Type
b. Reminder logs
i. Will have records of all sent reminders
c. Sample formats section
1. Allow to upload pdf or MS word files with Captions from the Super Admin
2. Upload files will be visible to all Admins and sub-admins

Updates/testing in the existing Web App
1. Testing of Payment link functionality on the Assigned job page for Admin / Sub Admin panel with Razorpay and button for marking offline payment.
2. Date should be in the (dd/mm/yyyy).
3. Manual Entry of date in all date picker control in the Web App and Mobile App.
4. The new photographs are added without clicking on Save Modification, then the data is not saved in the form in Web App
5. New Field to be added in the Report
6. Photograph Cropping and rotation feature at admin/Sub Admin panel.
7. Apart from compulsory photographs admin/sub-admin can mark any number of Photographs with the caption for the report and all these photographs will appear in the report.
8. With the report the video link can also be sent to the client in the mail body. This option will be optional and can be decided by clicking on a checkbox below the video with the caption “Include video link in the client mail.
a. On the click on this link, it will play the video on the browser on the Moval platform.
9. Search Module for the reports in Admin/Sub Admin Module
b. Can search reports as per their status.
c. Can search reports on the basis of the client, employee, and all other valid fields
d. Can be searched as per payment status.
e. Search reports can be downloaded as excel files.
