Rebuild react native app

We have an app that uses the react native platform. We are in need to a developer who is familiar with chat features and emergency notifications being pushed from the application. Currently we are using Firebase and are not satisfied with the response speed of the notifications. We are Looking for someone who is willing to grow with the company.
