Read / Write Files to SharePoint Folder using Typescript and Angular with Ionic

We have an existing project written using Typescript and Angular with Ionic that reads & writes various items of data to and from a SQL database via an API.
We also collect a number of image files and they are currently stored in DropBox but we wish to re-write the files to a SharePoint folder and remove DropBox. These files also have to be re-read from the SharePoint folder and displayed on the App.
We are looking for someone to write some code that will take this existing image file from the phone / tablet and write it to a SharePoint Folder. In addition it should then re-display the same image on the App by reading form this folder. The code must be written using Typescript and Angular with Ionic as we do not want to introduce any further complications to the App.
