React & Node.js Based Payroll System

I'm looking for a seasoned developer to create a comprehensive payroll system using React and Node.js. The system should encompass the following key functionalities:
- Employee Management: The ability to add, remove, and manage employee records.
- Salary Computation: Automated calculations of salaries based on predefined parameters.
- Tax Calculations: Incorporation of tax deductions and calculations as per the current laws.
Furthermore, the payroll system should seamlessly integrate with our existing HR management system and Time Tracking Software.
The system should also implement a clear user access control, with two levels of access - Admin and Employee roles.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience with React and Node.js, and a strong understanding of payroll systems. Prior experience with HR and Time Tracking software integration will be a significant advantage. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in your bid.
