React Native Mobile app FullStack Developer (Mobile app, React Native or Ionic Framework )

My project is to create a React Native mobile app. I am looking for a Fullstack Developer with experience in using either the React Native or Ionic Frameworks for development. The app needs to be developed for Android but the backend/cloud architecture needs to use React Native. I have not outlined a budget for this project yet, but I am interested in receiving quotes from developers with experience in this area.
