Rails+Angular Dropbox-Like Interface For Existing Site

We have a Rails 6 API backend and Angular 13 frontend existing site that we would like to add a Dropbox-like file management section. Including dashboard, all files, recent activity, share access, request files, settings, and trash tabs. We are only looking for highly experienced developers in both Angular and Ruby on Rails due to the degree of work in both. A more detailed breakdown will be provided after further discussion, but should not impact the scope.
