Quotation software

I need a web developer with both backend and front end skills. PHP framework, Angular. PSD designs will be provided for front end design. A lot of communication is required to complete the project to my satsifaction. So, I am looking for a person full-time for 2 months and work to complete the project. All code must be re-usable by another software engineer.
