Project Manager for Angular project

This is a on going maintenance project for a client. The person should be able to discuss and understand the requirements of the client and also speak with the developers and make sure the work gets completed without any delays. Proper communication should be done to the client for any issues. if the tasks are small like CSS changes the person should be able to fix it by themselves rather than on relying a Angular developer every time.
