Project Management Software for Web and Mobile

I need to build the application for the construction business segment for the high level scope provided which is web and mobile responsive.

Details on the project will be only discussed after signing a NDA

Front-end:
• Angular, React, or Vue.js as the JavaScript framework
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface
• Bootstrap or Material UI for the design framework
Back-end:
• Node.js as the server-side platform
• Express.js as the server-side framework
• MongoDB or PostgreSQL as the database
• Passport.js or JWT for authentication
• Nodemailer or SendGrid for sending emails
Mobile:
• React Native or Flutter for the mobile application
• Redux or MobX for state management
