Progressive Web App for food ordering

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help me create a Progressive Web App (PWA) for a bread ordering app. This PWA will need to connect to existing restaurant services, but it won't require support for multiple languages. I'm looking for someone who can create a highly functional and user-friendly web app that will offer customers the seamless and enjoyable experience that makes ordering bread easier and more accessible. The project will involve developing the front and back ends of the app, as well as designing a modern and visually attractive interface. You'll need to be familiar with technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript and HTML/CSS in order to build the app. Finally, I'll need you to make sure that the app is secure and reliable in order to protect users' personal data.
