Pro React/Ionic Developer Needed to Port Paper.js project to mobile facing (READ DESCRIPTION)

I need a React/Ionic Developer with understanding of Paper.js to help move current Paper.JS tools to React on this framework:

You will also need to understand Ionic Framework.
We will also integrate this : https://github.com/priteshjha4u/react-jspanel4 to allow pop up panels.
The code will need to be able to deploy to android + iOS on capacitor. + Desktop on Electron JS.
Experience in Firebase is also required
