Full-Stack Developer – AI-Powered Document Management System (Web + Mobile)
Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team or individual to design and develop a web-based documentation management system and mobile application (iOS & Android) for internal company use. The platform will include structured workflow automation, role-based access control, and AI-powered PDF summarization and classification.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a responsive web portal for document submission, tracking, and approval workflows

Build a mobile app for document review, notifications, and annotation

Integrate AI modules to extract, summarize, and classify data from uploaded PDF files

Implement role-based access, audit trails, and version control

Ensure secure cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) and mobile access

Required Skills:
Frontend: React.js / Angular / Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js / Python (Django or Flask)

Mobile: React Native / Flutter

AI/NLP: PDF parsing, NLP (GPT/Transformers), OCR integration

Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB

DevOps: Cloud deployment, security, CI/CD

Preferred Experience:
Workflow automation tools (Camunda, BPMN, etc.)

Document management or ERP integrations (SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics)

AI-powered document extraction or summarization

Strong understanding of secure document storage and audit compliance
