Optimize ionic/angular app storage on many rows insert/read/update

We have an ionic app that use pouchdb to storage json_object containing 1 to 500K rows. It works fine until we reach 50K rows on some android device. We would like to change the way data are stored and accessed to make it faster/less memory/CPU consuming.
I'm looking for an expert in large volume storage for mobile. The goal is to make sure writing 100K rows will take seconds and not minutes. Then data are accessed using queries. If you think you can help us, please contact me.
