MS Office 365 Plugin for MS Outlook

Problem Definition and Objective
We require the design and development of a Microsoft Outlook 365 plugin that can provide us the
capability to sense and transform incoming and outgoing mail content. The solution shall be
deployed as Outlook Plugin working on Outlook.js to cater to different ecosystems seamlessly as
supported by Microsoft 365.
Non-Functional Requirements
Supported System Endpoints
1. Windows 10 Build 20H2 or later with Microsoft Outlook 365 Installed
2. Mac OS X with Microsoft Outlook 356 Installed
3. Microsoft Outlook 365 on Web
4. Outlook Mobile.
UI / UX Requirements:
The Addins should be based on Node.js and Angular framework. The pages required for plugin
functionality shall be responsive and shall be able to cater to different screen resolutions and
form factors.
Deployment Methodology:
1. AppSource (Online Store)
2. Microsoft 365 Admin Console
3. Locally / Network File Share with Admin Rights.
