NodeJS developer

I am looking for a freelancer or agency who can work as a NodeJS developer on a monthly basis.
- Required 2-5 years of experience NodeJS
- AngularJS experience will be a plus
- It's a monthly project so we expect 160 hours of work every month.
- Salary will be in between 30k-40k. Open to negotiate based on skills but not more than 60k
