Node and angular project

I am looking for a developer to create a new web application using Node and Angular. The ideal candidate should have experience with Angular and be able to handle advanced back-end functionality. The project will involve the following:

- Developing a brand new web application
- Utilizing Node and Angular for front-end
- Implementing advanced back-end functionality
