Node/React Web Portal Upgrade for Education

I am looking for an experienced developer to convert an existing PHP CodeIgniter 4 web portal into a Node JS / React platform with FreeScript/TypeScript. The aim is to enhance the educational platform with improved functionalities and user-friendly features.
Key Features:
• Full flow - all features and dashboards. Everything built, need to clean up and simlify.
- Design API Layer and UI Layer (Both must work indepently)
- All roles and their logic must be redesigned.

Ideal freelancers will have experience in end-to-end product development, strong programming skills (mentioned technologies), and in-depth knowledge of social media integration and real-time chat systems.
