Freelancer Prompt (Safe + Cloud Run Ready)
Job Title:
Backend Developer (Node.js + Python) — Transcription & Search API + GCP Deployment

Scope (Safe Version)
We need help finalizing and deploying two backend routes for a voice transcription prototype:

1. POST /api/transcribe
Accept audio file or YouTube link

Run existing Python Whisper script

Return timestamped transcript

Store in MongoDB Atlas

2. GET /api/search?term=...
Search transcript collection for keyword

Return matches and context

All scripts and logic are already stubbed out—we need help finalizing and containerizing.

Deploy to Google Cloud Run
Dockerize Node backend (Express app)

Mount Python script inside container

Set up secrets for MongoDB

Deploy to Cloud Run

Provide one working URL endpoint to test /search and /transcribe

Bonus Points for:
Whisper experience (or ffmpeg/audio preprocessing)

Cloud Run / Dockerfile optimization

Python <-> Node interop using child_process or gRPC

Notes:
The repo is scrubbed of product or brand context.

You’ll work in a sandboxed folder (/project-api)

Final delivery is a working GCP service with no frontend exposure
