Need help deploying Angular project to Heroku

I have an Angular web application with very minimal Express node.js backend that runs well on my local machine. When I tried deploying to Heroku, the build succeeds but I am getting "Application error" when I try to access the webpage.

Help is greatly appreciated to solve this error and successfully get my application deployed to Heroku.
