Need experienced AMCharts developer

We need an experienced AMCharts developer who can work with both 4.0 and 5.0 versions. We need to redesign a lot of our graphs and tooltips to match our theme. We also need to optimize the way the graph handles data points up to the millions to properly visualize and space out the data. The developer needs to have the ability to make decisions on the best ways to optimize our data and visual analysis of heavy data graphs with different UI tactics such as proper spacing between points, averaging, etc. The developer must also have the ability to work with our current designers to get the graphs to properly match our themes from the rest of the application.
