Need UI in angular to upload file.

I want UI in latest angular like www.ilovepdf.com/jpg_to_pdf or smallpdf.com/jpg-to-pdf or tools.pdf24.org/en/images-to-pdf. I have backend ready , the Angular app will call backend api to send and receive file. The design should have mobile friendly. UI with latest version of bootstrap. I have designed it but it is facing some problem in mobile .
