Need Quality IT Developers on Contract Basis
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR

This is Anand from Innowrap Tech, Mumbai, India.
We are looking for 250+ dedicated freelancers from across India in the following tech stacks on a contract basis -
Frontend developer, backend developer, full stack developer, functional expert such as Android, IOS, React Native, .Net, Java, Ruby on Rails, React js, Nodejs, Python, AWS Cloud Engineer/ Architect, Project Manager, Manual / Automation Testing, Business Analyst, Sales Force, SAP, MS Dynamics, Sales Force, .net core, Azure Devops, Java AWS etc.
to work remotely for a duration of 3, 6, 9, 12 months.
We have multiple roles on each tech stack.
Only Full time freelancers / agencies need to apply. We are not looking for part time freelancers who are doing it on the side along with their day job.
Interested folks can drop in your resumes / profiles in attached format with monthly budget in INR.
Terms and Conditions -
- Average pay per month is INR 60k - 70k per month for a mid level resource.
- We need a resume in the attached format.
- One Month Notice Period before leaving the project/ company.
- Candidate should not walk out once he is selected.
- Candidates have to sign a contract with us.
- There will be 2 rounds of interview, Candidates will have to wait for Min2-Max3days for
the Interview results (Excluding Weekends)
- Working hours would be dedicated 8-9 hrs remotely in a day (Including 1hr Break), 22
working Days in a Month (1 Paid Leave, Public Holidays will be there)
- Contract Duration min-3 months and max-Depends on project, Candidate Performance.
- We provide laptops in some projects (Not for all) with time tracking software.
- Payment Terms: Month End by 5th of the subsequent month (GST applicable if you
are agency) / Also depends on client to client and project to project.
- No Shadow resource - senior resource just for meetings but use a junior developer for
coding
