Need a Classfied website with Andoid app, the UI themes will be provided that must be customized to specific requirements

I need a classified website to be developed in proper MVC framework. I am open of the developer take th code from code canyon, the UI and themes will be provided that must be incorporated. The classified web site must be a local search engine, hence google map integration is required. The project may require long term engagement on support.
